These general conditions of sale apply and govern all orders placed via the site www.grainedeshopping.com

Ownership of website content

Order taking and order confirmation

The conclusion of the contract is only effective after confirmation of the order by the seller. The seller will confirm the order and its payment by sending an email to the email address indicated by the customer.

Purchase guarantees/Product

Technical descriptions of products are based on information provided by suppliers. Differences in colors and finishes may occur without Graine de Shopping being held responsible. Product unavailability

The seller reserves the right to modify the range of products. Some offers may have a limited validity period which will be indicated for each product or range of products.

The seller undertakes to honor orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. Exceptionally, a product announced available on the site may be unavailable after final registration of the order.

If one or more ordered product(s) are not available within the time limits indicated, the seller undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible by email.

The order will be automatically canceled and refunded at the latest within 15 days following payment of the sums paid, unless the customer expressly wishes to postpone his order to a substitute product recommended by the seller.

No penalty will be applied for such an order cancellation, stock shortages cannot in any way engage the seller's liability. No cancellation compensation may also be requested by the customer other than a full refund of the order.

Prices and special offers

All prices appearing on our site are expressed in CHF (Swiss francs).

Payments must be made in CHF, regardless of your reference currency.

Special offers, sales or discounts are only valid until the date indicated or while stocks last.

Method of payment and issuance of invoices

Online payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), Twint, PayPal, Karyion voucher or by payment slip exclusively. The customer accepts that his account will be debited for the total amount due at the time of ordering.

The products remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price by the seller.

From an order total greater than 300.-, Graine de Shopping reserves the right to request payment of a 50% deposit before sending the order.

Transport & delivery

Upon receipt of your order on the website and confirmation of your payment, your order will be processed as soon as possible. All items are delivered in Switzerland by Swiss Post. Delivery times may vary between 1 and 10 working days for Switzerland and 10 and 18 days for all deliveries abroad. In the event of a longer delay, you will be notified and you will have the option to cancel your order free of charge.
Shipping costs are fixed rates depending on the delivery address and the weight of the packages.

Cancellation of the order

The customer has 7 days to cancel their order.

Exchanges and refunds

If during the 14 working days following receipt of your order you wish to exchange or return one or more items from your order, contact us by email at contact@grainedeshopping.com.
In the event of a return and if payment has already been made, we will refund the total amount already paid upon receipt of the items concerned, via the payment method chosen when placing the order on the site. Sale items will not be taken back.

Guarantee

All items offered on the site are subject to the legal guarantee relating to the consequences of defects or hidden defects that may affect the products provided for by the Civil Code.
