You benefit from a one-year warranty on your jewelry from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply in the following cases: scratches, damage caused by inappropriate use, natural wear of the jewelry, loss of part of the jewelry or intervention carried out by a third party.

After 1 year, we suggest you call on our paid repair service if any of your jewelry is damaged.

Don't panic if you encounter a problem with your jewelry: send us a photo of the defect with a brief explanation to contact@grainedeshopping.com. We will take care of contacting the designer to see if a repair or exchange is possible, and we will guide you through the rest of the steps.
