Delivery and returns

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times are on average 2 to 4 working days for Switzerland. It may happen that your package already arrives the day after your order, or that receipt takes up to 7 or 10 days. In the event of a longer delay, you will be notified and you will have the option to cancel your order free of charge. For orders abroad, allow 14 to 18 working days for delivery. All shipments abroad are made with tracking and signature required.

Would you like to return or exchange an item? You can send your package to the address below within 15 days of receipt.

• Contact us by email at contact@grainedeshopping.com mentioning the items you wish to return or exchange.
  
• Remember to specify if you would like to make an exchange for another item or for a gift voucher, or if you would like a refund.
  
• Pack your items in a sturdy box to protect them for transport.
  
• Attach a reference note with your first and last name to the submission.

In the event of a return and if payment has already been made, we will refund the total amount already paid upon receipt of the items concerned. Reimbursement is made via the payment method chosen when placing the order on the site. Sale items are not returned.
