How to choose the right ring size?
The most reliable is to use a ring sizer. We have one available in our store in Fribourg, if you have the opportunity to come. Be careful, the fingers of your two hands may be significantly different! Additionally, your fingers swell and deflate depending on the time of day and the heat.
If you don't have the opportunity to come visit us, this virtual ring sizer will help you. Please note: remember to measure the widest part of your finger. If you are unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one. And when in doubt, refer to a ring that you already own and whose size suits you.
Also keep in mind that sizes may vary slightly from one designer to another. If you notice upon arrival that the size of the chosen ring does not match, write to us at contact@grainedeshopping.com, and while stocks are available, we will make an exchange. Otherwise, we will contact the designer to see if the desired size is available.
My favorite item is out of stock! When will it be restocked?
Some items are available again in relatively short order, others take longer, and finally, some are no longer in production at all. We advise you to go to the page of the item you have spotted, and enter your email address under “notify me if this product is available again”. We regularly check the models requested in this way and take them into account. You will then receive a notification as soon as the item is back online and you can order it directly.
I would like to give a Graine de Shopping item as a gift, what should I do if I don't like it?
We will find a solution! Write us a note at contact@grainedeshopping.com, specifying which item it is. If the lucky gift recipient has already spotted another item of comparable value that they like, we will arrange the exchange. Otherwise, it will be possible to return the item for a gift voucher of corresponding value.
Can I have a gift sent directly to the recipient?
Yes! To do this, simply specify your request in the special instructions field provided for this purpose. You will find this just below your items, when you view your basket.
Think of:
* Indicate the name and full address of the person in question.
* Specify if you wish to attach a personalized note to the shipment. Just tell us what to write and we'll attach a card with your name on it.
