Our goal is for you to be able to wear your jewelry for as long as possible. To do this, you need to take care of them. Avoid contact with water, chemicals such as perfumes, cosmetics or household products as much as possible. Also remember to remove them to sleep, shower or go to the sea or swimming pool.

When you are not wearing it, keep your jewelry in its pouch or case, away from light and humidity. A soft, dry cloth will be enough to revive the shine of the finish, which fades slightly over time. Natural stones are sensitive - we recommend waiting 10 minutes before putting on your jewelry, if you have used a cosmetic product.
Guarantee

You benefit from a one-year warranty on your jewelry from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply in the following cases: scratches, damage caused by inappropriate use, natural wear of the jewelry, loss of part of the jewelry or intervention carried out by a third party.

After 1 year, we suggest you call on our paid repair service if any of your jewelry is damaged.

Your order will be processed quickly and shipped within 48 hours (working days).

Delivery

Delivery times are on average 2 to 5 working days for Switzerland. It may happen that your package already arrives the day after your order, or that receipt takes up to 7 or 10 days. If there is a longer delay, you will be notified. For orders abroad, allow 14 to 18 working days for delivery.

It is possible, within 14 days of receipt. Please consider the points below:

  • Specify if you would like to make an exchange for another item or for a gift voucher, or if you would like a refund.

  • Pack your items in a sturdy box to protect them for transport.
